Over the years, in different roles, I've spent a lot of time sitting with people in moments like this - when something in life is shifting, when a decision feels weighty, or when the next step forward simply isn't as obvious as you wish it was.

Sometimes what we truly need isn't advice, strategy or coaching. It's thoughtful reflection from someone who can attune and listen deeply. Someone to help you see your Self, the issue and the path forward with fresh eyes through an experienced, powerful, yet deeply human lens.
This is the spirit behind Crossroads, a written offering of reflective guidance from Perennial Heart.
Through a guided form, you'll write to me about the situation you're navigating and the questions you're holding. I read carefully, ask you 1-2 rounds of clarifying questions, and respond with a comprehensive written reflection designed not just to see the path forward differently, but to see your Self differently on that path.
Here, you'll be offered more questions than answers, more tools than explicit direction. The insight offered through Crossroads is not solution-based. Rather, it is navigational, helping you orient to the clarity and confidence you already contain - which is what you need most.
How this works
A return to your center
My role isn't to tell you what to do or even to help to strategize or solve. My role is to help you find & love what's in the way, to explore the blocks that are often invisible, and help you access the Self within you that already knows how to lead from your core truth.
This is a simple exchange, but often a meaningful one that changes how we approach change itself.
